Bob Bausmith

Bob Bausmith is an experienced leader with a diverse background in technology and organizational development. Currently serving as Board Chair for the Hartford Symphony Orchestra and multiple board roles at SpokenLayer, Bausmith has demonstrated a commitment to fostering innovation and growth. As the founder and CEO of Accelerate Innovation, Bausmith led initiatives to enhance customer-value realization for businesses. Previous roles include Interim VP of Enterprise Program Management Office and Executive Technology Advisor at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, Managing Director at CEO Quest, and Chief Technology Officer at Carevive Systems. Bausmith holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MS in Materials Science from the University of Vermont.
