Vicki Copeland

Vicki Copeland has worked in the field of Human Resources for over 25 years, with experience in various companies such as Praxis Tailoring, Leeds and Holbeck Building Society, and Le Bon Marché. Currently serving as the Global HR Manager at HARTING since January 2000, Vicki focuses on providing strategic and operational HR support to Sales and Production locations across Europe. Their earlier roles involved expanding HR support to additional locations, showcasing their ability to develop and implement people-focused structures to meet business objectives. Vicki Copeland's solid foundation in HR was built during their time at the University of Northumbria from 1991 to 1994.
