Craig Samuel

Craig Samuel is an experienced attorney specializing in corporate and business law. Currently serving at Hartman Simons & Wood LLP since September 2018, Craig assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and various transactions. Previous experience includes an associate attorney role at Ice Miller LLP, where more than 25 M&A deals were closed, and a contract associate position at ZME Law, focusing on corporate and real estate practices. Craig also held positions as a legal extern at The Home Depot and as a legal intern at JP Turner & Company, LLC. In addition to legal experience, Craig has entrepreneurial and financial background, having owned a physician’s office and worked in sales and account executive roles. Craig earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Xavier University.
