Maaike de Koningh currently serves as People Manager at Hartwig Medical Foundation and as a Coach & Podcaster, supporting women in reconnecting with their deepest desires and creating lives on their own terms. Previously, Maaike held various leadership roles in human resources and recruitment, including People Manager at Commonland, People & Culture Director at Affinity Group, and People Manager for EMEA & Coach at Eagle Eye Networks. With extensive experience that includes managing recruitment strategies and building teams across multiple sectors, Maaike has contributed significantly to organizations such as Fastned, Europe Hotels Private Collection, RTL, Zamro, and Makro Cash and Carry NL. Educational qualifications include advanced coaching and psychology training, as well as a degree in International Business from Maastricht University.
