Ai T.

Ai T. is an experienced professional currently serving as a Teaching Fellow and Research Associate at Harvard Business School since October 2024, and as Co-founder/CEO of C10 Labs, a startup focused on AI, selected from over 180 applicants for the S24 cohort. Previously, Ai worked as a Researcher at Harvard's Belfer Center and as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from March 2019 to August 2022, with additional experience at the Prime Minister's Office of Japan in Global Communications. Early career included a role as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Ai holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, with a specialization in Data and Research Method Track, along with cross-registered MBAs from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management. Ai also earned a Master's degree in Quantitative Political Economy from The University of Tokyo, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Politics from the same institution, and has participated as an exchange student in Computer Science and Neuroscience at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
