Annette Rodriguez

Annette Rodriguez is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur in the private equity and investment sectors, currently serving as the Founder and Senior Advisor at MKH Capital Partners, a firm specializing in partnerships with family and founder-owned businesses across the Americas since its inception in 2020. Rodriguez holds various leadership roles, including Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Grupo Unicomer, and Executive & Career Coach at Harvard Business School. Additionally, Rodriguez chairs the board at Wax Center Partners and has been involved with organizations such as Sustainable Development Acquisition I Corp, Fertilitas, and Clean Streak Ventures. Previous experience includes senior positions at Navab Capital Partners and Warburg Pincus LLC, among others. Rodriguez earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School.
