Geetha Periaswamy Balu

Geetha Periaswamy Balu serves as the President of Boston InfoServ since December 2015, focusing on IT and management consulting services. Currently enrolled in the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, Geetha has held significant roles at Merck from May 2016 to June 2024, including PMO in Global Project and Alliance Management R&D and leading multiple HR IT projects. Geetha's prior experience includes project management positions at Sanofi Pasteur, the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, Lexmark International, Novartis, Xerox, and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., covering areas such as business intelligence, data analytics, and process improvement. Geetha holds multiple degrees, including an EMBA in Management Information Systems from St Joseph's Institute of Management and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
