Eric Walker

Eric Walker, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CPC has extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Eric is currently the Managing Director at Harvard Group International. Prior to this, they were the VP HR & Owner at True Potential HR Consulting. Eric has also held positions such as Vice President Human Resources- Americas Operations at Incora, VP HR, Global Commercial Operations at Cepheid, and VP Human Resources at Piston Group. Earlier in their career, they served as the Human Resources Director at Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division and as a Global HR Executive at General Electric Company. Eric's expertise and strategic leadership have contributed to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Eric Walker, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CPC holds an Executive MBA in International Business from Benedictine College, obtained in 2003. Eric also holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Wright State University, completed in 1992. In addition to their academic achievements, Eric has obtained various certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2020, Prosci® Certified Change Management from Prosci in 2021, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University in 2023. Eric is also a Certified Professional Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute, with an expected completion year of 2024, and holds a Texas Real Estate License from the Texas Real Estate Commission, obtained in 2023. Eric has also received Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training from GE, although the specific completion date is not provided.
