Michel Bayonne

Michel Bayonne serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Harvard Maintenance since October 2019, bringing extensive experience in labor relations and employment law. Prior to this role, Michel was a Partner at Ford Harrison, LLP from March 2018 to October 2019, where representation of both private and public employers in labor relations and employment disputes was the primary focus. Michel also held partnership positions at McCarter & English, LLP and Durant, Nichols, Houston, Hodgson & Cortese-Costa, PC from July 2015 to October 2019 and March 2007 to June 2015, respectively. Michel earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating in 2001.
