Phil Kelly

Phil Kelly has a long and impressive career in the technology and business industries. Phil began their career in 1987 as a Business Planning and Analysis Supervisor at Shell. In 1996, they moved to Computer Sciences Corporation as a Principal Consultant for Banking & Insurance. In 2000, they joined Aon Corporation as VP of Analytics, Planning, and Small Commercial Systems. In 2006, they became CIO for Individual Health Insurance Markets at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. In 2008, they founded and became Managing Partner of Wisdom Data Advisors, a business performance improvement provider. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed SVP and Chief Technology Officer at Harvard MedTech, a company focused on providing Tele-PainCare solutions.

Phil Kelly attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1983 to 1987, where they studied Management Information Systems.
