Samer Odeh, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Samer began their career in 2000 as an IT Operations Manager at Loparex, where they were responsible for architecting company business system plans, managing cost and viability of system requests, and ensuring the plan supports both strategic and long-term needs. Samer then moved on to Omron Management Center of America in 2010 as an IT Infrastructure Manager, where they oversaw the management of the IT infrastructure operations and a team of the shared services for the North & Latin Americas region in a 24/7 environment. In 2016, they joined American Secure Technologies as an IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager, responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations to effectively service the business. In 2018, they became the IT Infrastructure & Operation Manager at Elite Consulting, INC, where they were a hands-on mentor and a visionary leader, defining and deploying future strategies that can aid the company in achieving its short and long-term strategies globally. In 2020, they joined DYOPATH as an Information Technology Infrastructure Operations Manager, managing the operation of managed services areas for over 15 clients to deliver high quality, stable dependable, secure services. Currently, they are the Director of IT at Harvard MedTech, where they manage the hosted O365 tenant, network, and internal infrastructure, manages the MSP vendor relationship, and maintains and executes Harvard MedTech's security roadmap for enhancing IT security, minimizing risk, and improving data privacy protections.

Samer Odeh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University, which they obtained between 1987 and 1991. Samer then obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2003. In 2009-2010, they obtained a Certification from EXIN in ITIL. In 2018, they obtained two Certificates of Achievement in Project Management from GoSkills.com.
