Vickie Pagliuca

Vickie Pagliuca has over two decades of experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Workforce at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute since September 2000. In this role, Vickie acts as a liaison to Corporate Human Resources, overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, compliance with corporate policies, payroll, and performance reviews. Additionally, Vickie manages the VISA process for DPM fellows and faculty, adjusts staffing levels based on project needs, negotiates contractual agreements, and coordinates labor schedules for over 150 employees. Vickie's previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Representative and Assistant at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from June 1995 to August 2000. Vickie holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Framingham State University.
