Shanivi Srikonda has a diverse work experience in various fields. Shanivi served as the Bureau of Ethical and Sensitive Reporting Chief at Harvard Political Review from November 2022 to the present. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital starting from February 2021. Shanivi also gained writing experience as a Writer at The Harvard Crimson from December 2020 and as a Reported Columnist from August 2021 to December 2021. Shanivi has also interned at NOVA|PBS as a Broadcast Research Intern and at Asian American Journalists Association as a VOICES Fellow, both in the summer of 2022. Additionally, they have worked as a Research Intern at UT Southwestern Medical Center in June and July 2019.

Shanivi Srikonda attended Harvard University from 2020 to 2024, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology.
