Rhea Acharya is a dedicated and accomplished individual with extensive experience in academia, technology, and leadership. Currently serving as a Teaching Fellow and Undergraduate Researcher at Harvard University since January 2022, Rhea has engaged in impactful projects focusing on machine learning fairness, educational policy, and sustainable practices. Rhea's leadership roles include President of the Harvard WECode Conference, the largest student-run conference for women engineers globally, and positions at Google and J.P. Morgan in marketing, strategy, and sustainability. Rhea has also held internships that fostered skills in quantitative trading and storytelling through editorial roles at HiLite Newspaper, contributing to exemplary communication and leadership abilities. Rhea earned a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and graduated with Academic Honors from Carmel High School.
