Ashley Hernandez

Ashley Hernandez is currently serving as an EDIB Fellow at Harvard University and as Grants Director and Finance Board Member for the Harvard Eleganza Show. Previously, Ashley was a Diversity Advisory Committee Member and Analyst at the Harvard College Consulting Group, where contributions included conducting case studies for a Fortune 500 food and beverage company. Ashley gained valuable experience as a Sophomore Summer Business Analyst and First Year Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Other roles include Marketing Manager at Harvard Student Agencies and Associate Director of Corporate Relations for the Harvard Latina Empowerment and Development Conference. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and graduated from Clifton High School in 2021.
