Andrew Livingston

Andrew Livingston is an experienced educator and consultant with a strong focus on accessibility and dispute resolution. Currently serving as an Educator at Herzing College since 2020, Andrew teaches various online courses, including mediation and arbitration certification. As President and CEO of Dexterity Consulting since October 2017, Andrew is dedicated to enhancing community accessibility and facilitating conflict resolution outside of court. Andrew's extensive background includes roles as an Investigator/Facilitator at the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission, where responsibilities involved individual and systemic investigations, mediation, and public policy consulting. Andrew's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Sociology and Disability Studies from the University of Saskatchewan, along with several professional certificates in mediation and arbitration.
