Boris Kozinsky is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Associate Professor at Harvard University since January 2018, focusing on the intersection of materials theory, electronic structure algorithms, and automated computational design for advanced materials with technological applications. Since July 2007, Boris has been a Principal Scientist at the Robert Bosch Research and Technology Center, leading atomistic materials simulation efforts and developing computational methods for various applications, including batteries and catalysis. Prior experience includes a Lectureship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from November 2016 to June 2017 and a role as a Research Associate from 2000 to 2007.
