Désirée Pascual

Désirée Pascual is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy. As Co-Founder and Chief Strategist at Simply Human since September 2023, Pascual leads business strategy and consults with executive leadership on organizational improvement. In addition to this role, Pascual is a member of the Harvard University Global Flourishing at Work Network and serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Previous positions include Chief People Officer at Ginger and Headspace, Head of People at Carrot Inc., and Physician Human Resources Leader at Kaiser Permanente. Pascual holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
