Emily Ramirez is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Harvard University, expected to graduate in 2024. Since January 2021, Emily serves as a Case Team Lead at Harvard Undergraduate CBE, where responsibilities include creating the Scope of Work for client projects and overseeing research assignments. Emily also co-chairs the Harvard First Year Retreat and Experience program, supporting over 160 incoming first-year students from underrepresented communities. In addition, Emily coordinates the Harvard First Generation Program, focusing on outreach and community building for first-generation applicants. Emily has held various roles, including as a scholar in the EMERGE Fellowship and a New Programs Intern at Arnold Ventures, where strategic research and evaluation of project impact were essential. Previous internship experience includes conducting research for the City of Houston's Office of Council Member Abbie Kamin.
