Laura Carmen Arena is a seasoned wellness consultant and educator with extensive experience in mindfulness, yoga, and stress management. Currently, Laura serves at Harvard University Center for Wellness and Health Services since 2007, focusing on community wellness through mindfulness-based practices. Laura has held various roles including Assistant Director for Multicultural and International Affairs at Harvard Graduate School of Education and Mind Body Specialist at YMCA of Greater Boston. In addition, Laura has contributed to institutions such as Simmons University and North Shore Community College as an instructor for mindfulness-related courses.
