Astej Sahi

Astej Sahi serves as the Sales Director at Harver, a pre-employment assessment platform, since March 2019, focusing on transforming candidate selection processes for innovative companies. Prior to this, Astej was the Enterprise Account Director at pymetrics (now part of Harver) from October 2017 to March 2019, where responsibilities included closing new business with a focus on large enterprise clients. Astej also gained valuable experience as a Global Business Consultant at Mercuri Urval from October 2014 to October 2017, and as an Enterprise Account Executive at FrontierView and HP Autonomy from April 2013 to November 2012, leading new business development and managing key client relationships across EMEA. Astej holds a Master of Philosophy in Political Economy from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London.
