Susanna Frayman

Susanna Frayman is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Sr. Quality Assurance Manager at Harver since August 2022, following the company's acquisition of pymetrics where Susanna also held the same title since March 2019. Prior roles include Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Compliance Science from June 2014 to March 2019, where leadership in governance, risk management, and compliance solutions was demonstrated, and positions at Kronos, ADP, and GSI Commerce, among others. With a solid foundation beginning in 2001 at Misys Healthcare Systems, Susanna has consistently focused on quality assurance metrics, client integration, and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout various software development life cycles.
