Head, Customer Success at Harvest

Heather Yost is the current Head of Customer Success at Harvest. Heather has over two years of experience in customer success management, having previously worked as the Senior Customer Success Manager at Crunchbase and, before that, the Director of Customer Success.

During their time at Crunchbase, Heather planned, developed, and launched an automated “tech touch” program for almost 130 accounts across multiple industries. Heather also mapped the customer journey touchpoints for multiple use cases, ensuring retention and growth. In addition, Heather built supporting resources for new product launches (video content, Zendesk articles, and Outreach sequences), which were utilized in programs for all tiers and types of customers.

Heather’s experience in customer success has been invaluable to their current role at Harvest. In their short time with the company, they have already made a significant impact, helping to launch a new product and developing a retention strategy. Heather is a proven leader in the customer success field and is sure to continue to be an asset to Harvest in the years to come.

Heather Yost has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Multidisciplinary Studies with Emphases in Literature and Health from the University of Oklahoma. Heather is certified from Coursera in Agile with Atlassian and Gainsight in Certified Customer Success Manager.

A direct report to Heather Yost is and Alanna Feinsod - Director, Support Services. Their manager is Danny Wen, Co-Founder & CEO. Heather Yost works with Stephanie Stewart - Senior People Operations Manager, Kevin Stewart - VP, Engineering, and Tiffany Saricks - Product Manager.
