Jake Grabowski

Jake Grabowski began their career in the restaurant industry, working at Harvest Restaurant Group from 2011 to 2019. Jake held several positions within the company, starting as the Director of Operations and later becoming the Director of Finance. In 2019, Jake was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

In 2019, Jake also founded The Business Shift, a software platform designed to improve business performance by centralizing critical data and providing customizable reports.

In 2020, Jake founded Crop Hospitality Consulting, a full-service consulting firm specializing in restaurant turnarounds and financially distressed operations.

Jake Grabowski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics from Union College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
