Maggie Moore

Maggie Moore has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Maggie is currently working as the Director of Strategic Implementation & Operational Alignment at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring strategic alignment between menu strategy, marketing objectives, consumer insights, and culinary trends.

Before their current position, Maggie worked as a Senior Account Manager at SMG - Service Management Group from 2021 to 2022.

Maggie has also held various roles at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. Maggie was the Director of Strategic Operations from 2018 to 2021 and the Senior Manager of Training & Communications from 2017 to 2018. In these roles, they led internal communication, project management, training, and development for multiple locations.

Additionally, Maggie worked as a Manager of Training from 2011 to 2017, where they developed training programs and implemented a restaurant recharge and revitalization program. Maggie started their career in the restaurant industry as a Service Manager at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. from 2009 to 2011.

Prior to their roles at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc., Maggie gained experience as a Food & Beverage Intern at Cherokee Town and Country Club in 2008 and as a Pantry Chef & Expo at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. in 2007.

Maggie Moore attended Kansas State University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Additionally, they obtained a Minor in Business Administration during their time at the university.
