Dale Schnipke

Dale Schnipke, CEC, currently serves as the Director of Culinary Operations at Harvest Table Culinary Group since July 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Executive Chef at Compass Group from April 2015 to July 2023, and a role as part of the Opening Culinary Team at Bar Boulud - Boston from August 2014 to April 2015. Additional positions held include Sous Chef at Grill 23 from February 2013 to July 2014, Chef De Cuisine at Stella Restaurant from January 2012 to February 2013, and Lead Line Cook at Hamersley's Bistro from March 2009 to January 2012. Dale Schnipke earned a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University between 1998 and 2002.
