Ortal Mendelawe

Ortal (Tuli) Mendelawe is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as Senior Employment Counsel at Harvey since September 2025, Ortal previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Revel from May 2021 to September 2025, where leadership in legal strategy encompassed product, compliance, litigation, and employment during significant company growth. Prior to Revel, Ortal was an Associate Attorney in Employment Litigation at Console Mattiacci Law, LLC, playing a crucial role in opening the New York office and advocating for employees in various employment disputes. The career began at Orna Lin & Co., Israel’s leading employment law firm, as an intern, progressing to an associate role and handling complex cases. Education includes an LL.M from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an LL.B from Tel Aviv University, supplemented by a student exchange program at the University of Toronto.
