Natalie Crain

Natalie Crain has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Natalie started their career as a Kindergarten Teacher at Murfreesboro City Schools from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for planning and executing lesson plans and maintaining communication with parents and school administration. Natalie then worked as a Receptionist/Executive Support at Sarah Cannon Research Institute from 2011 to 2013. Natalie then joined Latitude 36 Inc. as a Staffing Services Facilitator for a brief period in 2013 before being promoted to Business Development Lead to Sr. Business Development Lead, where they played a key role in the company's growth and success until 2016 when the company was acquired by Harvey Nash. Natalie continued their career at Harvey Nash as a Business Development Manager from 2016 to 2023, before being promoted to the position of Director of Business Development.

Natalie Crain holds a Masters of Science in Teacher Education, with a concentration in Elementary Education, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Natalie also obtained a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the same university. Prior to their university studies, Natalie attended Tennessee High School.
