Emine Görün Arun

Emine Görün Arun is the current dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture at Hasan Kalyoncu University. Prior to their current position, they were a professor dr. at Yıldız Teknik üniversitesi from February 1976 to April 2015. During their time at Yıldız Teknik üniversitesi, they held the title of research assist. from 1975-1986 in the Civil Engineering Department Timber and Steel Structures Chair, assis.prof.,Assoc.Prof. & Prof Dr. of YTU Architecture Department Structural Systems Division from 1986-2015, and head of the Structural Systems Division in YTU Architecture Department from 1999-2011. Emine was also the vice rector of Yıldız Technical University (YTU) from 2004-2008 and the director of the YTU Research Center for Preservation of Emine'storical Heritage (Ta-Mir) from 2008-2015.

Emine Görün Arun reports to Türkay Dereli̇, Rector. They are on a team with Özge Hacifazlioğlu - Vice Rector, Gül Rengin Küçükerdoğan - Dean of the Faculty of Communication, and Mehmet Lütfi Yola - Vice Rector.
