David Leopold is an accomplished project manager with a strong background in construction management and engineering. Currently employed at Haselden Construction since February 2022, David leads the Medical Center of the Rockies Tower Expansion and Aspen Valley Hospital Phase 4 projects. Prior experience includes roles at Hensel Phelps as a project engineer on significant projects such as the Microsoft Data Center CYS and Denver International Airport Oversized Baggage Conveyor. David also contributed to Mortenson in various capacities, including assistant MEP project manager for the EAG - Facebook Datacenter and as a field engineer, where responsibilities included on-site coordination and MEP field issue resolution. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University, along with an Associate's degree in Architectural Construction Technology from St Cloud Technical and Community College.
