Albert Altino

Albert Altino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and leadership roles across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Sr Director of Sales Engineering at HashiCorp since January 2021, Albert leads the Strategic Enterprise SE organization, focusing on enabling enterprises to optimize their cloud operating models. Prior to HashiCorp, Albert held several senior leadership positions at VMware, including Senior Director roles in Sales Engineering for Network, Security, and Automation Solutions, where efforts were concentrated on integrating public clouds and modernizing data centers. Albert's tenure at Dell as Technical Sales Director involved leading teams for major enterprise accounts, while previous experience at Cisco Systems encompassed managing sales and engineering teams and driving advancements in data center virtualization technologies. Albert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Psychology from Excelsior College.
