Dan McTeer

Dan McTeer is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in information security and cloud transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Resident Architecture/Engineering Services at HashiCorp since June 2019, Dan collaborates with architects and engineers to assist major clients in their cloud journeys, focusing on shared services. Prior to this role, Dan was a Staff Strategic Technologist at HashiCorp, specializing in security guidance for multi-cloud environments and HashiCorp Vault deployment. Dan also held key positions at Adobe from February 2015 to June 2019, including Manager of InfoSec Services, where leadership encompassed the largest open-source project in the company. Earlier career experiences include systems engineering roles at Morinda, Inc. and Nu Skin Enterprises, managing various server environments and monitoring tools. Dan holds a Master's Degree in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Utah Valley University.
