Avantika Aggarwal has been working as a Senior Frontend Developer since 2020 at Thrive Now, and from 2019 at Hashtag Loyalty. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer, Assistant Software Developer, and Management Trainee- UI/UX Developer at Eleve Media - An Influencer Marketing Platform Co. from 2016.

Avantika Aggarwal studied at Delhi Public School Mathura Road New Delhi before attending Amity University Noida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from 2012 to 2016. Avantika also holds certifications from Aspiring Minds, including AMCAT Certified Proficiency in English, AMCAT Certified Software Development Trainee, and AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services, all obtained in February 2016.
