Ahmed Karam

Ahmed Karam has a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Ahmed started their career as an Organizational Development & Performance Management Specialist at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) in 2016. Ahmed then worked as a Senior OD & Talent Acquisition Specialist at SESCOTRANS in 2018 and at Dar Al Fouad Hospital in 2019. In 2020, Ahmed joined Hassan Allam Holding, where they have held various roles including Senior OD & Talent Management Specialist, Organizational Development & Talent Management Section Head, and currently serves as the HR Strategy & Performance Lead.

Ahmed Karam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including a Certified KPI Professional from KPI MEGA LIBRARY, a Professional Assessor from Saville Assessment, a Global Job Grading & Leveling System from Willis Towers Watson, and several certifications in organizational analysis, design, and development from institutions such as Stanford University, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and LinkedIn. In 2017, they also obtained the certification of Organization Design Architect from Real Hands-on.
