Ahmed Karam has a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Ahmed started their career as an Organizational Development & Performance Management Specialist at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) in 2016. Ahmed then worked as a Senior OD & Talent Acquisition Specialist at SESCOTRANS in 2018 and at Dar Al Fouad Hospital in 2019.
