Kegan Scherf

Kegan Scherf is an experienced professional in employee and industrial relations, currently serving as the Group Employee & Industrial Relations Manager at Hastings Deering since July 2023. Kegan manages the Employment & Labor Relations function and previously oversaw Hastings Deering’s nationally recognized apprenticeship program. Prior experience includes roles as Industrial Coordinator and Industrial Officer at the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union, where Kegan led enterprise bargaining and represented workers in various legal settings.
