Elad Mazor

Elad Mazor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elad started their career as a Translator at the IDF Intelligence Corps in 2004 and later became an Advanced Training Course Commander in 2007. Following this, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Rene Cassin High School for a brief period. Elad then transitioned to the news industry, working as an Arab Desk News Producer at Channel 1 news broadcast and later as a Translator at Channel 2 News Broadcast.

In 2008, Elad took on a role as a Private Tutor before joining the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as a Researcher in 2011. In 2013, they joined Earnix as a Professional Services Consultant, where they developed behavioral models for insurance companies and banks globally and provided guidance on pricing optimization and risk strategies. During this time, they also held the position of Data Scientist | Senior Professional Services Consultant, leading pricing and analytical projects for insurance companies and banks internationally.

In 2018, Elad moved to Post Office Insurance, where they served as a Pricing Manager and Program SME Lead. Elad led the pricing team and worked on integrating real-time pricing for home and travel insurance products, designing analytical processes for a new rating system. Elad also developed advanced pricing methodologies and optimization strategies that improved business results.

Currently, Elad Mazor is working as an Experimental Pricing Director at Hastings Direct, a position they assumed in August 2020.

Elad Mazor holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, acquired between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Statistics from Imperial College London, which was completed in 2018.
