Tim Roberts

Tim Roberts has over eight years of work experience in the field of HR analytics, systems analysis, and management information (MI) analysis. Tim currently works as the HR Analytics Lead at Hastings Direct, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Systems Analyst at the same company from July 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Hastings Direct, Tim worked at Experian as an MI Analyst, where they supported the delivery of business objectives through the use of MI and analysis from February 2016 to April 2017. Tim also spent three years at Capita IT Enterprise Services, first as a Service Desk Analyst from January 2013 to November 2014, and then as a Senior Service Desk Analyst from November 2014 to February 2016.

Tim Roberts obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Forensics and Security from the University of Derby, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
