Ryan Merritt, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership, talent management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Vantage Risk Companies since August 2021, Ryan previously held significant roles including Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Partner at AIG and Senior Human Resource Consultant at Capital Group | American Funds. A notable tenure at Nestlé Waters North America involved leadership of HR functions focused on continuous improvement and people development. Ryan's career began at Ford Motor Company, where a progression through various HR roles laid the foundation for expertise in leadership development and change management. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
