Kendra Bentley has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Professional Services Recruiter II at Aerotek, a recruiting and staffing company. In this role, they worked until 2013. Following that, they joined Electrolux in 2013 as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they recruited individuals for various positions. Kendra was then promoted to become a Talent & Performance Management Specialist in 2018, and later to a Human Resources Business Partner in 2019. In their role as an HRBP, Kendra supported multiple departments, including R&D/Engineering, Global Technology, Marketing, and Design. Kendra collaborated with management teams on performance management, coaching, development planning, and organizational strategies. Additionally, they managed complex employee relations issues, provided guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assisted in recruiting and workforce planning efforts. Kendra is currently employed at Hasura, starting in 2023 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Kendra Bentley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification from AIRS, an ADP Company, in June 2017.
