Carly Smart

Carly Smart has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion and e-commerce industry. Carly most recently worked at HATCH Collective as the Associate Director of Digital Product, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Director of E-Commerce at HATCH Collective from February 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining HATCH Collective, Carly worked at The Frye Company as the Ecommerce Manager from June 2019 to February 2021. Carly also served as the Associate Manager of Ecommerce from July 2018 to June 2019 and as the Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator from February 2016 to July 2018.

Carly's earlier experience includes roles at INTERMIX, where they worked as an Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator from March 2015 to February 2016, and as a Customer Service Associate from July 2014 to February 2015. Carly also worked at Christian Louboutin as a Client Services Coordinator from January 2014 to June 2014 and as an Ecommerce Intern from September 2013 to December 2013.

Additionally, Carly had internships at The Doneger Group as a Market Analyst Intern from February 2013 to May 2013, and at INTERMIX as a Social Media Intern from January 2012 to May 2012. Overall, Carly Smart possesses a strong background and expertise in various aspects of e-commerce, digital product, and merchandising within the fashion industry.

Carly Smart acquired their high school diploma from The Mount Saint Joseph Academy High School between the years 2006 and 2010. Carly then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising Management and Economics from the Fashion Institute of Technology, successfully completing it from 2010 to 2014.
