Scott Kibby

Scott Kibby is a Principal Project Engineer at Mott MacDonald with extensive experience in engineering. Prior to this, Scott worked as a Project Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald and as a Staff Engineer at URS Corporation. Scott holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
