Kimberly Fernandez

Kimberly Fernandez has work experience in various roles and companies. Kimberly started their career at IBM in 2015 as a Recruiter and worked until August 2017. After that, they joined DXC Technology as a Digital Sourcing Specialist from August 2017 to January 2021. Following that, they joined HatchWorks in January 2021 as a Senior Technical Recruiter and later became a Talent Acquisition Manager in January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Client Delivery Manager at HatchWorks since April 2023.

Kimberly Fernandez attended Universidad 'Florencio del Castillo' from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a degree in Administración de Recursos Humanos with a focus on Recursos humanos. In addition, they obtained a Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC®) from CertiProf in November 2022.
