Maria Alejandra García L

Maria Alejandra García L has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Maria Alejandra started their career as a Talent Management Andean Trainee at Kimberly-Clark, where they tracked and implemented development objectives for employees in the Andean region. Maria Alejandra then worked as a Development and Culture Coordinator at Rappi, where they created and coordinated the onboarding program for new hires and managed the retention plan for top talent.

After that, Maria joined ITPROS as an Administrative Coordinator, where they coordinated ongoing projects and provided effective customer service. Maria Alejandra then worked as an E-learning Leader at Quala Colombia S.A, where they designed and developed high-quality learning materials using different course design tools.

Following this, Maria joined Fidelio as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects and resources. Maria Alejandra then moved on to PayU, where they held two roles. As a Latam Marketing Coordinator, they coordinated best practices across the region, managed email marketing, and drove campaign performance improvement. As a Product Marketing Latam, they developed and implemented product marketing plans aligned with strategic objectives.

Currently, Maria is working at HatchWorks as a Marketing Coordinator.

Maria Alejandra García L attended Universidad de Los Andes from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Anthropology as an option at the same university. In terms of additional certifications, Maria obtained the following:

- In November 2020, they obtained an Upper Intermediate (CEFR - B2) certification from IELTS Official.

- In May 2021, they completed the Curso de Community Manager certification from Platzi.
