Nguyen Le Toan graduated from Le Hong Phong High School For The Gifted in Vietnam before coming to the United States to attend college. Toan earned their BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. Afterwards, they became a certified Engineer-In-Training through the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. Toan also has a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco.
