Son Bach

Son Bach has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years in various roles and industries. Son has worked as a Chief Technology Officer at Hauler Hero since 2021.

Prior to this, Son worked at Edisen as the SVP of Engineering from September 2020 to December 2021. During their tenure, they managed and grew a multidisciplinary engineering team across different geographic regions. Son also collaborated with stakeholders to prioritize product features, introduced process improvements, and implemented new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Son also founded and served as the Principal Engineer at SB Services in 2020 and 2021. At biproxi, they held the position of Head of Engineering from September 2019 to June 2020. In this role, Son successfully transitioned the engineering team from a remote setup to an in-house team, implemented process improvements, mentored engineers, and introduced frameworks for faster feature development.

From 2015 to 2019, Son worked at Housecall Pro as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering. Son played a crucial role in building and scaling the engineering team, leading various development projects, mentoring engineers, and championing best engineering practices.

Prior to this, Son worked at HP as a Mobile Software Application Architect from 2014 to 2015, and at Qualcomm as a Sr. Software Engineer from 2011 to 2014. In these roles, they contributed to the development and architecture of cutting-edge technologies such as location-based services and iBeacon technology.

Son's early career included roles at Tactel US Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead from 2007 to 2010, and at Motorola Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer in 2006.
