Erin Vitale

Erin Vitale has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Erin is currently serving as the Vice President of M&A at HAUSER since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Front Range Biosciences from February 2019 to April 2021.

From 2014 to 2018, Erin worked at Concord Energy LLC, where they held the position of Human Resources Director and built strong relationships with COOs and field managers to enhance HR strategies for approximately 125 employees across multiple states. Erin also maintained relationships with various vendors and networked with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and payroll services providers.

Before that, Erin worked at Baker & Hostetler LLP as a Business Department Paralegal from June 2012 to October 2014, supporting a team of attorneys and handling tasks such as SEC and FINRA filings, state corporate filings, and corporate maintenance.

Erin also has experience working at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a Project Assistant in Private Equity, as well as at Sara Lee Corporation and Sara Lee, where they held administrative and coordinator roles, respectively.

Overall, Erin has gained expertise in M&A, HR management, corporate filings, vendor relationships, and administrative support throughout their career.

Erin Vitale obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Women's Studies from Loyola University Chicago, from 2001 to 2005. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued further education in Paralegal Studies at Loyola University Chicago, obtaining a Post BA, ABA Approved Certificate.
