Stephanie Cozzi has held a variety of roles in the fashion industry since 1998. Stephanie began their career as a Visual Merchandiser at Villains Inc. and then moved on to become a Regional Merchandiser at Franklin Retail Solutions in 2001. Stephanie then joined Zac Posen in 2002 as the Director of Sales, and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Merchandising in 2009. In 2008, they took on the role of Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Managing Director at Brian Reyes, and from 2011 to 2018 they were the Vice President, Women's, Children's and Accessories Wholesale & Concessions and Vice President, Women's and Junior Wholesale & Travel Retail at Giorgio Armani. In 2018, they became the Head of Digital Sales at HausMart, where they oversaw the development of Esteé Lauder's new social commerce platform, “ELC Social Shoppe”.
Stephanie Cozzi graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1998 with a degree in Marketing.
