Leading commercial activities, Chris’ team specializes in programme and performance management, commercial finance and business development.

Chris has designed and delivered products and services across a wide range of markets, including local and central government, science, technology, engineering and business support.

Chris is leading the Building Control team in moving to a new model of delivery that will minimise the cost of the service through efficiencies and new income streams.

Chris is also the Managing Director of EH Commercial Services improving the environment through ethical enforcement.
