Daniel Berwick

Daniel Berwick currently serves as an Elected Councillor for Havant Borough Council, where Daniel is a member of the Overview and Scrutiny committee and chairs the local party chapter. Previously, Daniel held the role of Test Manager at Dootrix, focusing on the modernization of the QA function. At Checkatrade.com, Daniel advanced from Test Manager to Head of Test, overseeing a large team and significantly expanding the testing function. Their earlier experience includes leadership positions at Wiggle, where Daniel shaped test strategies, and as Senior Test Engineer at Map of Medicine. Daniel also has experience from the London 2012 Games as Deputy Venue Results Manager for Equestrian and has held various roles in quality assurance and network engineering since starting their career with AT&T and IBM. Daniel holds certifications in Computer Science and advanced testing management, along with numerous specialized software testing qualifications.
