Owen Davies

Owen Davies is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and risk assessment within local government. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Havant Borough Council since December 2019, Owen has previously held significant roles including Flood Risk Manager at the Royal Borough of Greenwich and various positions at London Borough of Lambeth and London Borough of Islington, focusing on sustainability, streetworks, and road safety. As a former councillor with Pulborough Parish Council, Owen has demonstrated commitment to community service. Owen holds an HND in Civil Engineering from NESCOT and has educational credentials from Merton College and Raynes Park High School.
